In addition, cold rooms are monitored to detect anomalies in their operation and an alert system is activated in the event of any irregularity, ensuring the integrity of the perishable products stored.

Vehicles within the premises are monitored to generate internal congestion indexes, allowing areas for improvement in internal logistics to be identified and work flows to be optimised. Simulation and prediction techniques are used to anticipate and detect potential problems in the operation of the facility, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
