Analysis and visualisation of perception of municipal services

The digital twin can enable the implementation of a citizen sentiment monitoring system in the different districts of Madrid, with the objective of assessing public perception on various urban aspects such as green areas, crime, waste management, as well as other municipal services.

This data allows authorities to better understand the needs and priorities of the population, facilitating a more effective management aligned with citizens' expectations.

Automated alerts inform policy makers about significant changes in citizen sentiment, allowing them to respond proactively.

Data Source

  • Data source for calculating the Aggregate Territorial Vulnerability Index (IVTA). This system identifies vulnerable areas within districts and neighbourhoods, guiding municipal management and enabling accurate data diagnosis.
